I started the Cambridge diet exactly 8 weeks today. Already, this diet has been life changing and the pre-Cambridge me would be drowning in food right about now from some upsetting conversations today. Nope, not doing that.
I’m halfway there with this trip. I can totally do this. I’ve got this smashed. (Thanks Mary:-))
I can be that girl that can go on holiday without destroying weeks of hard work.

Breakfast:Cambridge peanut bar, small latte
Lunch: Cambridge porridge
After lunch: Cambridge tetra chocolate shake
Dinner: Mixed grilled fish.and coke zero
Self assessment – Percentage Adherence to Diet: Happy. Ate around 1100 calories. Hungry day. Could have eaten more as tired and hungry from lots of activities but would rather not eat enough (bad, I know), than make wrong food choices.
